Ballard

This project was an exciting one. Before construction began to get from front to backyard you had to walk through patchy grass, which had non-nutritional soil. We removed a good portion of the non-usable walkway area. Excavated and installed the proper amount of base materials to then install pavers and cut to a magnificent eye pleasing solid walkway.

The front yard had massive Juniper bushes and no access to the side yard. We removed all the Juniper, cut out a portion of a concrete retaining wall and a boulder wall. From there we excavated and removed soil, installed the proper base materials for the steps then built the boulder wall, in which allowed the client to now access their side yard storage safely. Finishing with installing a small garbage pad area with the same material as the walkway to match.
